IP 2033 : conference call

This is a simple question : how to do a conference call with the IP 2033 on a BCM ?

Initiate your first call, put it on hold. Make second call. Then use the conference feature by using feature 3 or progam a key for this.

However I find it easier for users to set up a conference call at a larger display phone and transter the conference to the i2033

Have you tried to put the first call on hold ? Were you able to make the second call ?

yes the second call is initiated

Ok so, with the first call on hold, and the second call active. Use the conference feature(F3)to join the two calls in the same way you would with any other handset.

This works perfectly on my BCM50/200/400's
