IP 2004 + IP KEM issue

Hi Everyone,

I've installed a BCM50 Rel. 3.0 with an IP Phone 2004 with an IP KEM at the reception.

What is happening several times in a day is that the phone apparently "locks" the Intercom lines and does not let the user pick a line; when he picks a line directly (with an appearance on the phone) it says 'Select a Line'.

What I do in that case is reboot the phone with the initializing commands.
