IP 1220 KIM

I have a BCM 400, 4.0 with all IP sets. I got the backlight to come on the set, but cannot get the KIM's backlight to come on. Where do I do this? Thanks in advance.

I believe u need the power supply adapter that plugs into the back and power outlet.

Dasheen is correct. Just had this issue myself last week.

Yes, the power off the POE switch only provides power to the set and for the LCD screen on the KIMs. If you want the backlight on the KIM you have to connect the external supply. Stupid, I know.
