IP 1220 just flashing?

I installed an IP 1220 set. It comes up registered in the BCM 400 with the IP address I gave it, but for device type it says "N/A" and the set is just flashing. It has the correct logo underneath. I have tried a firmware download and even tried a different set.

1200 series sets only work on BCM 50 release 3.0, or the BCM 450 platform. If you have a BCM 200/400 on any release of software, you won't be able to use the 1200 series IP sets.

..can always migrate that BCM 200/400 to a BCM 450 5.0.
