Regards,
Ansar

Does the phone work in the Handsfree mode and they only cannot here the ringing? If so check the volume settings to make sure it is turned up enough.

I have tried that also, Hands free is not working, Speaker volume is high.

Only handset work.

Thanks
Ansar

Sounds like a defective set. Have you tried another phone on the same TN?

I had one phone where the speaker/mic was unplugged. I had taken it apart because it had the known bad power supply issue - well when I went to put it back together it wasn't going and I saw that something was catching and it happened to be the speaker/mic foampad and then I noticed that the speaker was disconnected. We also had another out of box one where the keys would not work on the phone and that was just a ribbon cable on one side of the main board that was not secured to where it was supposed to be. Sounds to me like quality control issues (or employees are building these phones on a Friday and want to leave!)
They must only test phone boot or something as you would know almost immediately if they keys were not working since you have to enter config (node/TN).

I say take the phone apart even if it is under warranty and look to see if that speaker/mic is disconnected toward the bottom of the phone.
