IOS one-x preffered no audio and cant call outside

I was able to register my iphone to the one-x portal server, it recognizes all the extension on the pabx,it can call another extension but the issue is there will be no sound at all on both parties, also, is it possible to call using the analog trunk if the customer doesnt have PRI? just the same way as Sip extensions can do?

so meaning to say the ISO software is way far from the IP Office softphone, since IP office softphone doesnt require PRI trunks..am i right?
