Our ucx is in development in the cloud. I built the phone via PBX and adjusted the Nortel settings to WebRTC. I am using Chrome for the i-one phone. All is up and I can access the settings and obtain a voice path on some laptops/desktops. Problem is that in several cases we do not get a voice path. All i-one, Microsoft and Chrome speaker and microphone settings are good. Any thoughts on this issue are appreciated. Thanks.
