I only have one PP. I have tried to connect this drive and my laser print on the same port. I have contacted Iomega and downloaded the latest software and followed the directions to no avail. Any suggestions? My computer is an HP Vectra VL and I can't figure how to open the case.

Why open the case? Zip connects to parallel port, printer connects to zip. Should be no reason to go inside.
Or 2 tabs on the top of the front, press down and tip the front forward and down. Top sides to the front. There may be other versions of the cover system also.
