Vendor pulled IODU/C unit and put it right back in. The dongle is installed correctly and tightly. There doesn't appear to be a physical reason for the failure of the system to see the dongle. LD 137 SDID shows the following sanitized version:

Engineering Code (Side 1) : NT5D61AB
Card Serial Number : 08NNTM1832HS4K IOP
Security Device Type : NT_STD
System Serial Number : L0xxxx..........

Engineering Code (Side 0) - historical :
Card Serial Number :
Security Device Type : ......
System Serial Number : ................

As you can see, Core 0 is not reading the dongle. While we are trying to track down the vendor, is there anything that we can be doing to correct this issue ourselves.

no matter where you go, there you are.

is the iodu/c card a rls 4 or 6? if so, they were recalled because they were junk! a 4 or 6 will need to be replaced.
you may want to remove the dongle from the card and clean it with a eraser and make sure it is seated properly, narrower side faces down.... good luck!

I just want to agree with Phonz, the IODU/C cards gives a lot of problems. Even Nortel recommend that you have one extra card with you when you make IODU/C installations.

So try to change it, and it will probably work..
