IOD365 data send failed

receiving % IOD365 Data send failed, retry timeout,
% addr=10.120.100.204, sCount=3, rCount=0.
%
% IOD370 10.120.100.204
The IP address is my TM server. How can I resolved this as I have checked that DBA is running, costing and collection has run successfully. Not sure what to look at next to resolve.

Looks like you might be talking about CDR....one that is for Merdian?
