IOD359 CPISR

I’m seeing some errors on an Option 11C running 25.40b that I’ve never seen before. A few days back these codes appeared and during Midnight’s the system INI’d. Here are the errors I’ve noticed doing a history check today. This is a single cabinet and no VM. I’ve checked the knowledge base on Nortel’s web site and nothing earth shaking jumps out. Any ideas??? Thanks...

your ssc is getting some software issue's.. it's no worse then a 286 windows box that did not get turned off for 10 years.. an upgrade will do wonders

You could also try a cold reboot, turn off power and then restart. An upgrade is Big $$$$$$$$

Don't you think this issue is caused by hardware failure relative software?

I have a similar issue on an option 11C on 4.5,when I tried with another SSC from one of remote cabinets, it worked.

I'm not sure if PATCHing can do it.
