Have you ever hated to come in to work? I work for a company who has a "custom" load of XP and for which they control the patches. Anyway I think they rolled something out on me.
I came in today to find my IOC is broken
I get a popup indicating that the software failed to find my phone. Nothing on the 3300 has changed. IOC ver 1.2.933.8415 enhanced/registered, etc
The taskbar applet (Telephony Toolbar) is gone.
De-install and reinstall and the app begins working, but still no telephony toolbar. Put the license info in and then we get the popup that it cannot find the phone... odd, it knew where it was before I reapplied the license. It is also now forcing the use of DN2IP which we have not installed. What happened to being able to associate the phone with its IP address the old way?
