IO 412 short codes for toll restriction

I tried to set up short codes for the users to barr calls for 0,011,411,1xxx5551212,10 but it is not working. I have 3 analog lines and they dial 9 for external calls. Looked at several posts but it still won't work.

Depends on what your 9 shortcode looks like but usually you enter the barred numbers in ARS.

Feature : Barred

The feature is probably "busy" on the 412, depending what firmware obviously

Yes the manager is pretty limited for this version 3.0. It does offter barred as an option I can try BUSY. What should a sample SC be for example to block 1xxx5551212?

I tried it like this and it still does not work:

F: BARRED ( THERE IS NO BUSY OPTION )
TN: 1XXX5551212
LG: 0

Should be X not x, don't know if it makes a difference.

Otherwise do a monitor trace to see which shortcode it matches.
