Invoke "Find and Replace" function with a command button

I would like to have a command button on my form that will invoke the "Find and Replace" function. One of the controls I have is "Last Name." I have a command button that when clicked will set the focus to the above control. It would be great if the command button would then bring up the "Find and Replace" dialog box.

DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdReplace
