Invoices not showing on Salesperson Commission Report

On the A/R report, Salesperson Commission Report, the issue is that not all invoices for certain salespeople are showing.

In reviewing the invoice history report, all attributes seem to be equal with the invoices on the comm report and the invoices not on the comm report.

Any help/direction is appreciated.

The line items were probably flagged as non-commission.
