INVMAPSZ in EXEC CICS RECEIVE after SEND ALTERNATE

Just to fill in the rest of the answer of the above thread.

When using ALTERNATE on EXEC CICS SEND MAP you need to define ALTERNATE in the PROFILE of the CICS Transaction running it.
