Please help urgently.
I have set up a repeat mtg for all the execs for the entire year (2004). The next mtg to be held on 23/06/04 has to be rescheduled to 17/06/04, but unfortunately I cannot do this as when I selected the mtg, clicked on Owner Actions > View Invitee Status > I discovered that some of the "required" and "optional"(cc) are sitting under "unkown. I tried to reschedule this meeting and guess what, everyone sitting under the title "unknown" will not receive the mtg update! i.e. whether they are required/optional. That will cause a major disaster for me and anyone else with this problem. I have decided to shortcut things by rather cancelling this meeting and rather creating another appointment, not the solution entirely though!
