Invitation being Sent to 2 People

We have two users, User A and User B. Whenever someone sends an Outlook Appointment to User A, both User A and User B get the invitation. However, when User B gets the invitation, it asks to reply on the behalf of User A.

Sounds like a delagates issue. Go to Tools Options Delegates and there is a tick box that needs unticked. Sorry, don't have outlook in front of me to be more specific.
