MSVC 6.0 SP4 Windows 98 second edition

On an application I am working on, the buttons on one property sheet dialog are disappearing intermittantly.
Cancel, Apply and OK are like disappearing, for no apparent reason. If you click the spot where they
would be, the BN_CLICKED message does infact work, and IDOK/IDCANCEL are sent, also
DoDataExchange works too.

It may be, if You have wrong/incompatible Properties of Buttons or its parent window, or another child window (for example invisible) closes the Buttons.
It may be too, if You has the same ID's for many controls (check #define ID... in resource.h in Your Project, but open it as a text file - VC can take the same numbers for ID's).

Well :-V ,

I get error, ^illegal storage access error^ messagebox window on the application pchacker. It worked once or twice, however the application pchacker wont open again and, so you may consider this a bug report. I am also busy debugging my product, so I understand your situation is the same as mine. I did however show someone in my company your product who works on VxDs.

Meanwhile, I have the Microsoft Spy++ application to show me the open windows. The windows that are open: The Axis Config Dialog, the Help button, the OK, Cancel and &Apply button. Also the SysTabControl32 window. Could I be closing my Ok, Cancel and Apply button windows with the tab control?

Only one application PCHacker can run on a computer. It is not my product, but it works on all my computers very robust (Windows 95/NT/2000).
