Invisible table line prints

I have a template which uses tables to format a feedback form. One line in the table (above the question) is deleted (in the table) but is displayed (when printed).

Why does it print?
How can I stop it printing?

Just remove whatever suffix follows the DOCX.
 
Hi OfficeAnimal,

Using the Table Border tools, delete the bottom border of the top cell, then reinstate the top borders of the two cells on the next line that are affected by the bottom border deletion.
