Invetory Transaction - using Integration Manager

Hi all
My company use GP 9.0
I am using integration Manager to integrate correct qty to Gp but the problem is,

Number field is not allowed multiple line under same docume number.

one number only reconise one item line.
How can I make Integration Manager allow mulitple line under one document number?

P.S: as a result when I do integration only the transaction of first line is successful then from second line "document aleady exist"

you must use two flat files,
one is a header file, the other is a detail file which includes the header file reference.

use integration manager to link the files via the shared header information and you should be golden.
