Inverter lock-up problem

Hi
we have a 10 KVA Pillar UPS (Sentry-HPS). While shifting from one place to other I think it was not properly shutdown.

First Battery MCB was switched off then the power. After shifting and after connecting everything when we switch on the UPS it is always going to Bypass mode and showing a fault " Internal fault 2". As per UPS manual it means "Inverter lock-up". Please tell me how to proceed?

Are you sure the 220V power feed to it is good ? Has an electrician verified the power source you're connecting it to ?

Thanks Fred Wagner for your reply. Yes we have tested the 220V power feed, as you said we will get it verified with an electrician again and revert back.

after a quick Bing search - Are you talking about a Piller rotary UPS with flywheel technology ? Most of us in the forum are thinking in terms of solid state UPS's with batteries...
from general rotating machinery experience (dynamotors and motor generators in antique military electronics) - could it be that the lubricant in the bearings solidified during the move, and the rotor needs to be turned manually to break it loose so it can rotate electrically ?
This forum is no a substitute for the advice you get by checking with the UPS's vendor support - either by phone or online.

Yes I am talking about Pillar solid state UPS with batteries.

I got checked the voltages by electrician, all are ok.
The voltage between neutral and earth is 3.2V. Please see.

If it's solid state, and you get inverter lockup when powering it on, then could the load be excessive ? Have you tried it with only a couple of items attempting to draw power from it ? or a desk lamp ? could there be a fault in the distribution wiring downstream from it ?
