One of our part numbers has an amount under po .. Meaning there is a PO with that part number in the amount of 11pcs

We do not have a po open with that part number.. When in inventory inquiry and in inquiry it only shows one PO and that PO has been received and the amount ordered is the same amount received ... How do I get rid of the 11 pcs on PO?

Library Master, Utilities, rebuild Sort Files for Purchase Orders. It will ask if you want to recalculate on order quantities. Do this only when you have a fresh backup. I'm told it can do damage, though I have never seen it do damage personally.
