After successfully scanning an endpoint, I get a scan id but no information is written back. If I scan it with other endpoints I get a scan id all the others write back but this one does not. Please help.
Harddrive was formated and endpoint re-installed, before that, collection was okay. Endpoint has been uninstalled and re-installed several times to try and fix this problem.
show ? Is the endpoint in a running state ? Was a wdelep <epname> done before the machine had the Tivoli agent reinstalled (I am assuming that the machine name is the same as before). Sorry for all the questions.
even shows the scan id, which means info is collected but nothing is written back. Machine name and ip address are still the same.
Pls ask more questions if it will help you, help me.
