Inventory Receipts for Accpac Plus error 1

Good day,
Our client is running Inventory Receipts for Accpac Plus version 6.5 Service Pack 991025. They posted 2 of 3 receipts, with misc. charges (shipping etc) without problems. When trying to post the third receipt, the goods portion of the receipt went through fine, but the misc. charges portion did not post. The error message: "Unable to allocate miscellaneous charges".
They re-entered the misc. charges a couple of times, but the results were the same.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Typically would happen if you chose an allocation method which does not allow the system to do teh proration - eg you chose weight but there are no weights associated with the items.

BTW - you are playing with fire. Dump Plus and get newer software.
