If you use ASA you go to the Advance tab and use report. List Station, list Agent, List VDN, list hunt are all valid commands. Select export fields to file and tell it where to save that file.
Once it's done exporting the file open Excel and then either import the data from that file,or you can open the exported file directly. When you do it will open the Text Import Wizard. Select Delimited on the first page and then make sure comma is checked on the second page and then you can hit finish and skip the rest of the wizard.
Depending on your version of ASA you can perform a "list station" in GEDI and right click within the results to export.
Another useful command is "list station type" and hit the F5 key to see what telephone types you can specify. That will allow you to list out all of the 9611 sets, 6416 sets, etc.
You can also use "list station port xxyzz" to see the phone on a specific port or just on a circuit pack. On my system I could run "list station port 4b05" to see all of the analog stations just on that board
OR I can run "list station port S" and see all of the IP phones since those all start with S as the port number.
F5 key helps out immensely and has helped me discover new commands that make my life much easier.
