Inventory min/max on Turnover Report

I noticed when we upgraded our min/max quantities from the old version ended up in the Order Point and Order UpTo fields, not the minimum and maximum.

So we have entered more numbers in Order Point Qty and Order UpTo Level with a specific site selected, and I added these fields to the Inventory Turnover Report By Site, but the values are incorrect.

I added a restriction to the report as follows:

IV_Item_MSTR.Location Code = IV_Item_MSTR_QTYS.Location Code

but still not getting the right numbers.

What could I be missing?
