Inventory Link on Browser Problem

Hi all...
I'm have installed Inventory on NT Tmr... Now that i want to add my own MIG groups and attributes.. The problem i'm facing is when i click on Inventory link on the browser, it asks for username and password and it gives me blank screen instead of getting me another screen of User Data Template and Software Signatures...
Can anyone help?
