Inventory exited with status -9

I'm having problem with ZEN 6.5 SP2 running on a NW 6.5 SP3 server.
The inventory service exits with status -9 after a few hours,the exact message in the logger screen looks like this:
Java:Class com.novell.zenworks.desktop.inventory.servercommon.ZENWorks Inventory ServiceManager exited with status -9


This is a newly installed server that I installed ZFD 6.5 and then ZFD 6.5 SP1 on.
I could not get inventory to work at all after this, but after the install of ZFD 6.5 SP2 inventory will start and work but it will only run for a few hours and the exit with status -9.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this problem ?

I did a restart of the server and after that Inventory worked for 24 hours and then it stopped with this message:

Java:Class com.novell.zenworks.desktop.inventory.servercommon.ZENWorks Inventory ServiceManager exited with status -5
