Does anyone know a good way to determine how many pots lines a norstar system is using? We are trying to analyze are system for a possible upgrade to T1. Also any thoughts/comments about this would be helpful

Thanks Much!

Count the LS/DS cards or get a listing from your telco. They can certainly provide you with all the numbers the customer is getting billed for. You would be surprised at how many times I've had customers who were being billed for 5 or more lines that they didn't even know they had. MRoberts

We have done work with a customer and by the end of a project we eliminated 25+ lines that the customer had been being billed for, for over 5 years. Not that it has anything to do with this thread....but I thought it was crazy.

It's amazing what customer's will pay for and pay for and pay for and not even know it. I mean, nobody LOOKS at the frickin' bill??? It does astound.....
