Invalid Tools Collection Index Error In Form Load Of FrmMain 1

I have a workstation that is unable to log into Macola Workflow Progression Explorer, everytime a specific username and password are entered I receive and error that states:
2006:Invalid Tools Collection Index Error in Form Load of frmMain
I am able to log on using other usernames and passwords at that same workstation just not for that particular employee. I am also unable to log this employee in at other workstations. Any suggestions?

Usually, if you delete the person's .tb file in the pwe folder, it will solve this problem. If the user name is over 8 characters, it will create a randomly numbered.tb file. If you have access to macola's website (paid maintenance), there are many documents that reference this type of error.
