Yes I am aware of this link:

However the customer's PC I am working on DOES NOT have the registry entry for "Common Files" and also has a totally different registry. I told him to look here:

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Crystal Decisions\9.0\Crystal Reports

and the closest thing he has is this:

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Crystal Decisions\9.0\Crystal Reports Design

"Crystal Reports Design" is also the ONLY folder underneath 9.0.

What am I supposed to do here??? I don't want to destroy this guy's PC trying to recreate what the 9.0 folder SHOULD look like in the registry. Any ideas?

Sorry, little info:

Windows 2000 machine SP4
MDAC 2.7
Trying to run a custom program/report written in VB6.0 and Crystal Reports 9.0. I am using the PDW.

Sorry ignore this, user was looking in the CURRENT_USER folder instead of the LOCAL_MACHINE folder.
