invalid syntax under winnt 4.0

set objService = getobject("winmgmts:")

the above command gives me invalid syntax on an nt4.0 service pack 4 machine but not on an 2000 machine?

You must upgrade your script engine in the NT4 box.
Probably SP6 and IE 6.
