Hi,
I have been having problems restoring data. The system that we use is
Brighstor v9.01 with all the patches and a Netware 6 SP4 server backing up
Netware 6 SP4 and SP3 servers. The backup and restore jobs were done using
the admin user account, everything was working well and we could backup and
restore data without any problems.
Then about 2 weeks ago it was decided to rename the admin account to
something else and to change the admin password. This did cause some
problems at first with the backups, but I managed to resolve this. So are
backups are working, however when i go to do a restore i get the following
error message in the activity log.
E3168 Invalid stream signature, ddddd386
I've looked this up on CA's support website and it turns out that I might as
well have looked it up in the yellow pages.
Does anyone know of anything I need to change or alter to resolve this
problem.
I hope someone can help
Cheers
Graham
