Invalid security certificate on all https sites

Yesterday, April 1 2009, I began receiving the message
"Secure connection failed. Invalid security certificate
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate has expired.The certificate will not be valid until 9/1/2008 8:00 PM.(Error code: sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate)"

Tried to get into my yahoo mail account and it gives the same response. Is it my PC?
