Invalid security certificate on all https sites

Yesterday, April 1 2009, I began receiving the message
"Secure connection failed. Invalid security certificate
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate has expired.The certificate will not be valid until 9/1/2008 8:00 PM.(Error code: sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate)"
This occurs on the sites I visit that have an

https://.

The only thing I've done recently is change the battery and replace the power supply.

Tried to get into my yahoo mail account and it gives the same response. Is it my PC?
