Invalid Resource File 1

I keep getting the message "Invalid Resource File, do you wish to overwrite with a new one." I say yes everytime but it will ask me each time reopen the VFP 7.0. I have tried to find a bad foxuser table but no luck there either. Anybody have any good ideas.
