'invalid range operator encountered'. Has anyone come across this erro

Crystal Reports 8.5 with Oracle.
I have a report that is called from the criteria form of a web application. The criteria are passed from the criteria form and when the report is run, it gives 'Invalid range operator encountered' error. The report works fine in Crystal. Any idea what could be the reason?

Saying that you're using a web application doesn't speak of the code, which is likely the problem, so you should post the code used.

Sorry Synap, I don't have all the code for the criteria page. I thought may be this was a generic error and someone might have encountered this before, but looks like this is specific to my case only.

Nae worries, but in general if a report works correctly in CR, but not in an app, then it's probably some little overlooked nuisance in your app.
