Invalid Picture error when accessing Cognos Server Administration

Hi,
I get the following error when I try to access Cognos Server Administration Console:

"Invalid Picture"

Does anyone know the reason for this...?
I would be grateful if you could help me at the earliest..

Hi All,

The error disappeared when I restarted the server...
