Hello:

I edited a working report in Crystal Reports 8 by changing the groups to add one in as Group 2 and move the other groups down (Group 2 became Group 3, ect). Other than that and making a subtotal for the new group in the footer, I didn't change anything. The old working report does great in our inhouse program but the new edited one is not. I think the program uses Crystal Viewer? Anyway, when the button in our program is clicked to view the report I get an "Invalid Parameter Number" error. I don't get any errors in Crystal Reports, even using the same db.

I am connected to an Access db via ODBC. I've checked my connection and the linking but everything is fine. I am not sure what else might cause this error.

Does the report work as expected when run from crystal reports?
