Invalid Page Faults - nnotesws.dll

I'm using Lotes Notes R5/Patch 5.09 for Windows on a Win98SE/HP workstation.
When I open Domino Desinger - from within Notes or from desktop shortcut, I get nlnotes has caused an invalid page fault in nnotesws.dll @ 0167:0011d8ad
same location every time...Any ideas?
