Hi guys, any help greatly appreciated.
I have a VB6 system in the field, using an Access 97 DB.
A particular user of this system has entered a record. All other users of the system can access this record, but when the user who actually entered the thing tries to access it, the program closes down with the following message:
Invalid Page Fault in MMSYSTEM.DLL at 0004:000000F8.
OS is Win 98 SE, using Intel 82815 graphics card.
I've tried updating the VB6 Runtime files, and have also applied the DAO service pack - no luck.
Also tried removing the line:
DRIVERS=MMSYSTEM.DLL
from the SYSTEM.INI file. Upon removing this, the error message no longer appears, but the program just exits completely.
There are no multimedia devices in the user's computer.
Anyone got any ideas? This is driving me mad!
Cheers,
Mokil.
