I just started receiving the error message "invalid or nonexistent document" when attempting to open up Lotus Notes Client 5.0.9. WTF?! I tried uninstalling/reinstalling and that didn't work. Any ideas?

Try compacting your workspace and Personal address Book

In response to your response, how can I compact the database if I can't even get past logging into Notes? Anyway, I thought of one more trick that worked! I backed up my Notes\Data directory, uninstalled Notes, and deleted the directory structure. Then, after deletion of the directory structure, I reinstalled and everything works fine now.

Thanks anyway,

When I experience this problem, I see the error several times, but it eventually lets me in. Thus the suggestion.
