My user is working off a laptop. When she clicks Reply with History she recieves the following error.
"Invalid or Nonexistent Document".
I've had her switch to her Local copy and it works.
I tried from my workspace using the admin account which has permissions and get the same error.
I tried a fixup from the admin client and nothing happens. I googled and was told to delete the Desktop5.dsk and cache.dsk (Figured it was Desktop6.ndk and cache.ndk in ver 6.5.3) It didn't work.

I figure that something is corrupt on the server version as I experienced the same problem when I opened it up on the server.

Suggestions???

If you experience the same problem when opening the database on the server then I would suggest that you replace the design of the mail template for the affected user (you can select the same template the user already uses but don't just make a design refresh but a replace). This often helps getting rid of strange behaviours.

The problem has been resolved.

Replaceing the Design alone didn't do the Trick.

I had to do the following.

Replace design
run fixup
run compact -D
run updall -R
