Invalid or Non-Existent Document

I have a DB on my Workspace that will not allow me access. The error reads as the subject line. I then get a message that says DB is not yet fully initialized yet.(Does not contain any views)
Is this a problem with my settings, or maybe a network problem? Any suggestions?
