hi. i am currently having problems with this error when referencing the "General" field in my report format. any suggestions anyone?
 
What kind of data do you have in the general field?

photos in bmp format. we use this to print product catalogues
 
Have you changed computers? Installed any new software?

The OLE data within a general field is handled by the registered "owner" (application) for that data type. They don't always mix and match well.
