invalid option when trying to dial 3 digit ext number??? 2

Hi everyone...Prologix/G3 question..

Can someone out there tell me where to go to activate an extentsion numbers(actully the ext.# is already programmed and working, but then you call the Main Number an auto attendent will answer and instructs you to.... if you know your parties ext.# please dial the 3 digit now,that it should ring that ext.# automatically...what I hear is (you have dialed an invalid option!!) I've looked at COR & COS and even copied an exsiting number thats working fine. I know there's a step I've missed when I put this new Group of extentsion 500-600 in the Switch Prologix/G3...where do I go?????

What are you using to do the auto attendant if this is a vdn with vector the check the vector collect digits step. If this is audix check its dial plan.
 
It could also require an entry in the VRT... I've seen companies manage their inbound calls (via goto step if digit are in table x).

change vrt 1 to view.
