Invalid on Disk error when trying to send email in Notes 6.5.1

Hi all,

A user receives the error message "Server error: This database cannot be read due to an invalid on disk structure" whenever she sends out an e-mail. The e-mail does go through to the desired recipient, but she has to discard the message to clear it from her screen. I've tried compacting various things (her mail folder, address book, workspace, etc) and even re-installed Notes, but the problem persists. Anyone know of a solution for this problem? The issue is on the server, not the client. The database needs a Fixup. Bring the issue to your Notes admin, he'll know what to do.

Hi

You may have to have a new replica made of the database. Sounds like it is corrupt beyond the capabilities of fixup.
