Im working on an ip office 406 running 4.1(12). I have the tftp server ip, time server ip, and lisence server ip address all of them are correct. I am getting a error saying an invalid mask has been specified, format should be a series of 1's followed by 0's. Why would that be. My customer has access to manager but he has been changing things and having issues cause of it so now i gave him limited access. Does any one know why it is giving this error.

You need to set the subnet mask to 255.255.25.0 or whatever they use in the lan1 and lan2 section

Also look in the Audit trail and see what he has changed.

Where do you see the error is it in the SSA (system status)?
There is a bug in the SSA the feature keyserver 255.255.255.255

Click on the error and see where it takes you. Manager will go to the form on which the data it thinks is in error is located and there will be the icon next to the field that offends it.
