I've got the 3 pack Norton AntiVirus, Personal Firewall, & AntiSpam pack. This software was installed on my old PC which recently had a hard drive failure. I've installed Personal Firewall & AntiSpam with no problems on my new machine but every time I try to install the AntiVirus software I get an error message indicating the product key is invalid. I'm 99.9% sure I wrote it down correctly from the packaging. Is there any recourse in resolving this issue?
