Invalid Formula Name

We have a Delphi 4 application that had the client moved from NT to Windows 2000. Now when we run Crystal reports from the application, the first report runs fine but the second one will pop up with error "Invalid Formula Name". If I exit out of the application and come back in and run the second report first this time it will run fine but subsequent reports error off. We use Crystal 8.

We had no problems with NT.
What is going on?
